we have a newly decorated 3 bedroom house in a quiet residential close in raynes park.At the front of our house we have a double driveway for personal use only. downstairs in our house we have a w.c, large kitchen/diner and a large size living room that leads onto a large garden that has aa side entrance. upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms and a larger than average single room {that can house a double bed and normal bedroom furniture}. also upstairs is the bathroom/w.c. we are local to shops,hairdressers,schools,parks,take-aways and local transport links such as trains and buses. in return we are seeking a 4 bedroom house with a garden and off street parking in the following area's carshalton, sutton, wallington, hackbridge, coulsdon and some merton area's. we don't mind if the house needs decorating. we would accept a house, town house, cottage or bungalow only. no flats or estates.
